Nature's Way is one of Australia's leading ranges of high-quality, affordable supplements to cater to diverse needs. From joint supplements and fish oils to general health vitamins, herbal supplements, multi-vitamins, superfoods, and weight loss products.
Project Goal
The primary objective for our client was to enhance the user experience during the product search process on their website. To achieve this, they conceptualized the inclusion of a dedicated "product selector" page. Through this innovation, customers could conveniently answer a few targeted questions, leading to personalized product recommendations that align with their specific requirements.
Solution
The proposed solution revolved around meticulously designing the sequence of steps and decisions within the process. Upon receiving approval for the structural framework, the subsequent step involved crafting screens that seamlessly integrated with the existing website interface while harmonizing with the established Nature's Way brand identity. Each decision aimed of enhancing user experience and minimizing confusion. For instance, to provide users with tangible feedback regarding the status of their request, a simulated loading page was introduced following the submission of responses. This deliberate pause in the process communicated to users that their input had been acknowledged and was being processed before transitioning to the results page. This elegant solution ensured a more informative and user-friendly journey for every website visitor.
